The Fightin’ Blue Hens field 23 teams in NCAA Division I competition.  The football team has won 6 national titles in Division I-AA, including one in 2003.  The figure skating facility has also hosted many great skaters, including gold medalist Tara Lipinski.

The Eagles play in the National Football League’s NFC East division.  They’re known for having rabid fans, and their training camp draws more fans than any other.  Tickets sell out quick, and the waiting list for season tickets is 60,000.
