As a new resident to the State of Arizona, you are required to obtain an Arizona driver license and to register your vehicles in this State.
Obtaining a License
Arizona state law requires that all applicants for an original driver license or identification card present two forms of identification – one must have your photo, proof of age and a Social Security Number. (It will be used to verify your identity and to comply with federal and state child support enforcement laws.)
Applying for Title and Registration
In order to obtain an Arizona title, registration and license plate you will need to have the following:
- Physical Inspection of the Vehicle
- Emissions Test
- Vehicle Insurance
