Fresno Yosemite International (FYI) is the regional airport for the central San Joaquin Valley. It’s located about 4 miles west of downtown. More than 25 cities, with more than 100 flights daily are served out of Fresno. The terminal has a few restaurants and shops to keep you busy while you wait for your flight.

The Visalia Airport is serviced several times daily by Scenic Airlines through Fresno. The business aviation terminal is also open to private aircraft. The airport will get you to Fresno or Las Vegas, but for other trips, Fresno Yosemite International is the airport to go to.
Other Airports:
Historic Fresno Chandler Executive Airport (FCH) is 1 1/2 miles west of downtown Fresno. Built in the 1920’s, it is one of the oldest operational airports in California. The airport currently serves as a general aviation airport.
Sierra Sky Park is located in Northwest Fresno. It is a privately owned airport, but is open to the public. The airport is America’s first “aviation community,” with extra-wide streets that let residents of the community literally “drive” their airplane home
