Ingredients: 

1 # boneless chicken breasts or fillets, cut into strips
1 onion sliced    
1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 Tbsp. oil   
1 can (8 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp, garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Rice
Directions:
  1. Cook and stir chicken, onion, and green pepper in hot oil until lightly brown. Do not overcook chicken.

  2. Add tomatoes, tomato sauch garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper.Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile prepare rice as directed on package for 4 servings.

  4. Serve chicken over rice.
